I put this fence up to keep strangers from cutting through the backyard as a shortcut.  Apparently it is easier to break the gate then it is to walk around the rest of the block.

24 hours after a fire inspection this extinguisher was discharged.  I estimate that about 30% of new fire extinguishers are vandalized within the first week.  The rest are used unnecessarily within the first month.

I don't really mind the threat, it goes with the territory of being an urban landlord.  What really offends me is taking this to the police and their response is "sorry but there nothing we can do - watch your back." 

If somebody sent this shit to the mayor, a judge or anyone in government - law enforcement would be at this guys door within an hour. 

When ordering items from Amazon, it's good to make sure that you are not being evicted before the delivery date.

When  I came to work on Monday, i saw burn mark on the sidewalk.  It made me curious so I checked my security cam footage.  This took place on Greenfield just after midnight.

I have looked everywhere for .380s without success but found 50 rounds while cleaning out the unit of a former tennant.
