Even though she was receiving rent assistance, Angie was evicted.  Can you tell which photo was taken while she and her kids were still living in this unit?  The bottom pic is of her cat.  When she left, she put her cat outside and walked away.  Here it is the next day trying to get back in - it's 8 degrees outside.
