OK, this makes total sense now. Remember 3 posts ago, the "Crap War"? Well, I was just watching a South Park rerun and Cartman said that "if you want someone to move, you take a crap on their doorstep every night".

Two weeks ago, I thought theses guys were a couple of demented retards that couldn't stay away from ponzaratas - turns out that they are just South Park junkies.

Say "hello" to the only guy that has moved from out of state "to Milwaukee" within the last few years. The police have welcomed him and his family with an assortment of parking tickets. This last one was because he has a stroller and grill in the bed of his truck. Did you know that MKE has an ordinance against that and the fine is $60? Bruce does work for me and probably grosses about $25k/yr. He says he can't make it here because of the taxes, fees and fines and plans to move before summer.

A tenant of mine and another local are having a turf war. Don't worry though, they are not using guns or knives. There will be no arson or explosives. This war is not being waged using extortion or threats. This is a fight utilizing one thing and one thing only - poop.

Yes, even as I type this I remain in disbelief. Jon and Ozzie hate each other, but rather than shooting it out like grown men they leave a steamy pile of their own feces on each other's front porch.

In this pic, Ozzie stepped it up a notch by breaking into Jon's unit (my place) and leaving a deuce on the floor.

On a side note, I can't believe that Ozzie walked home without wiping his ass, that is grossly unsanitary.

After a move out, I asked Leroy to rip out the carpet and put it out by the alley. Some of my remaining tenants that work on cars all day decided to use it to carpet my parking lot. It really didn't look too bad until the big rain.

I admit that I can come up with one or two reasons why this may be a good idea but I can easily come up with 20 supporting the stupidity of it.

Look for new legislation mandating that landlords notify vagrants of daylight savings.
