Bill is an old drunk/shut in/ tenant of mine. I try to visit visit with him every few weeks but his apartment smells so bad that I try and talk to him through a window or out on his porch. Last week he fell asleep in a chair with a cigarette and managed to destroy his unit. Here is a picture of the chair he was sitting in. On the bright side, his apartment doesn't smell like garbage and piss anymore.
