Fluffy here is a Rotweiler that is easily over 100 lbs.. My tenant has a 6 foot fence around the house to contain him, but when a thief tried to elude police by jumping out of the neighbor's back window, he was also contained - WITH FLUFFY! After a stop at the hospital, he was charged with a litany crimes while Fluffy recieved a letter from an MPD Captain.
